I am writing this blog to just give you a little insight into me. I figured my ‘Author Bio’ is so short, I could just give a little more.
My writing here on my blog will definitely give you more of an idea of who I am, but I guess not more than a video for instance. It is easier to get a vibe of someone that way- but this is my attempt at allowing you to get my vibe.
For me this blog is about me taking all of me and displaying it in a beautiful magazine layout for everyone to see really. Bringing the images in my head to life and bringing all my thoughts and feelings to each page.
Right now, I am exploring what my dream life really looks like. I have RESOLVED the long-standing question of- why does this not feel like home? Referring to me in the corporate world.
I am forging a new career, working on things that really interests me. Starting from scratch and learning every single skill I need to make it happen.
It is hard yes! but I must say; it all feels so natural, like I finally jumped in and now I’m actually flowing with the current.
I like this for sure and I want to explore it and see where it leads.
So, I guess I am rerouting! Reinventing myself and redesigning my life and I am inviting you along on my journey. We’ll talk about where I’ve been, where I am and together, we’ll see where I’m going…
I will give you a glimpse into every little detail that makes up me. Everything I love, my dreams, my aspirations, the mistakes I’ve made, the lessons I’ve learnt and the experiences I’ve had.
The wisdom I’ve accumulated along the way, the questions I have, and the answers life has provided up to this point.

I will share my unique way of looking at things and maybe even provoke a little reconsideration on certain topics along the way!
I believe that attitude is everything! It determines the quality of one’s life more than we are sometimes willing to accept. You really are the captain of your own ship, and maybe by going deeper into such topics, we can even motivate each other to dig deeper and do better.
I firmly believe that it is never too late!
For anything really!
So, no matter how far you have travelled down a road that is not working for you, you can always change direction. The one thing we all have at any given time is a choice, and right now I am choosing to change my direction- and this is what it looks like.
I also know that no matter where you are or where you have been, there’s no fault in that and nothing was ever a complete waste of time. We are always where we are meant to be and there’s always something there for us- regardless of what it actually is!
It could just be that you had to learn a tough lesson, or that being there just simply helped you mature. Maybe we meet people that we otherwise would never have met and they become an important part of our lives.
As humans we really can’t help but label everything – but everything has its place and ultimately serves its purpose.
So, I had the journey that lead me here and it has been a long time coming lol – but I’m here now and I know I am going to have a lot of fun with it.

I’m just going to say it!
The thing that I am not quite sure I should – but why not, it is true after all!
I am a natural born influencer!
I see people around me every day finding inspiration in what I say and do. I’ve influenced people in small ways like the way they do their make up, dress and even what they eat, to name just a few.
I’ve seen people take to things I buy that I introduced them to. I’ve seen it in a misguided way where some would do the exact same thing -when I think it’s rather a way to inspire- so that you can find your own uniqueness.
I’ve been courageous enough, so that others could find their own courage to do the thing they were just a little scared to- like for instance, look for a new job because the one they have does not work for them anymore. In some cases, even just as simple as, if she can do it, I can!
And that’s exactly what I want your takeaway to be!
And of course there’s the other side of things: I have learnt so much from others as well, because I am always open to it. Some things, like recipes I love, I learnt from someone when I was a young girl and I still use to this day!

So, I have been inspired, and I inspire! naturally!
I would love to do the same here- just by being me!

I have many categories here now- where I will show you what I make of it or how I apply it in my own life. Maybe I’ll even expand the categories someday.
How do I look at health and food for instance. What is my perspective on life and all its complexities. Seeing the beauty in everything and everyone around me- sometimes just a beautiful view that reminds me how great God is, or just simply a beautiful piece of crockery or just the shade of a colour.
Just a complete reflection of me!
Starting here now- because it is never too late to finally do the thing that’s always been in your heart.
